Emmie Willis comes on as the company’s newest Support Technician

Ridgeland, MS – April 18, 2017 eSoftware Solutions, providing the eCash web-based lending software, has recently added Emmie Willis to its team. Emmie now holds the role of Support Technician with the company, where she lends her keen eye for numbers and sharp problem-solving skills to the company’s support repertoire.

As eSoftware sees its client base continue to expand, the addition of Emmie Willis comes as part of the company’s commitment to providing exceptional support that prioritizes the needs of its clients. eSoftware Co-founder and COO, Terry Freeze, comments, “We are always on the lookout for new talent, and Emmie’s skill set will allow her to help us continue to provide the best support in the business.”

Emmie studied Aerospace Engineering at Mississippi State University, with a focus on Mathematics. She has experience across several fields, including flight-school office management and banking, widening perspectives and deepening understanding in the eSoftware support team.

She has a developed passion for puzzles and finding their solutions. “Every support call comes with a problem to solve,” Emmie remarks of her time at eSoftware so far, “and I enjoy solving problems.” She sees problems as “more than just issues, but learning opportunities for me as well.”
