Emmie Willis comes on as the company’s newest Support Technician

Emmie now holds the role of Support Technician with the company, where she lends her keen eye for numbers and sharp problem-solving skills to the company’s support repertoire.

She has a developed passion for puzzles and finding their solutions. “Every support call comes with a problem to solve,” Emmie remarks of her time at eSoftware so far, “and I enjoy solving problems.” She sees problems as “more than just issues, but learning opportunities for me as well.”

Tony Curtis adds his skills to Development at the company

Tony brings 34 years of technology experience to the company, with deep experience using the .NET framework.

Tony Curtis’s previous experience ranges from network administration with Raytheon Aerospace to web development with Saks Fifth Avenue. He originally received a degree in Petroleum Geology, but later he went back to receive his degree in Computer Science from Mississippi College. “I decided to make my hobby into a career,” Tony says of the career-path change, simultaneously expressing his passion for development work.

Nathaniel Stickman joins the team as Document Writer/Support Technician

Nathaniel has joined to take the dual role of Technical Writer and Support Technician with the company, delivering effective and accurate, quality documentation and problem solving from his previous time as an English instructor and writing consultant.eSoftware is constantly improving their software offerings, and that software has been developing with exceptional rapidity over the past year. Nathaniel’s experience will come to bear on keeping eSoftware’s documentation up-to-date as the software improves and adds new features.
